Meet Kacie Williams, the owner and founder of Diamond Lifters. Fitness has always been a huge part of her life, being involved in athletics for as long as she can remember, but her real journey with weightlifting didn't kick off until 2019. Since then, lifting has become more than just a workout for Kacie; it's a lifestyle that has empowered her, pushed her to grow, and helped her build a kind of strength she never knew she had.

Kacie created Diamond Lifters to share that strength with others. Whether you're just starting out or leveling up, her goal is to help you reach new heights in your fitness journey while adding a little sparkle along the way!
